At the early age of 11, Scott started on the journey of his music career rapping along to Tupac who turned out to be one of his major influences from being just his idol. At age 18, Scott released his first mixtape in 2009 titled Straight Outta the Gutter, and his second mixtape in 2010 titled Down the Drain. Kerser is also a known battle rapper in Australia, he has had several rap battles on circuits such as Real Talk Battle League, and from the year 2010- to 2012, he lost only two battles, a rap battle in 2011 with no official winner declared, not inclusive.
Kerser released his first album titled Nebulizer, which is a fervent mix of race, rap, electro, and RnB on October 14th, 2011. He gained more fame from a track on the album titled Kerser is the sickest. On 2013, November 2nd, Keser released his second album titled No Rest for the Sickest which reached number 15 on the Aria Urban album chart and number 1 on the Aria Music DVD chart.
Scott’s lyrics have been said to have an aggressive, street, territorial, and bitter humor style to them. In 2013, Kerser released a single with his brother Aaron (Rates) titled We Here Now. That same year, he released his third album titled S.CO.T. on October 25th, featuring Nebs, Jace Excel, and Jay. It ranked number 1 on the Aria Urban album chart and iTunes charts. Scott has so far released five albums and is one of Australia’s best-selling rappers.
